This medication was prescribed for the remedy of thrombocytosis. It restored the pharmaceutical hydroxyurea when that pharmaceutical started to down turn in effectiveness. After taking Agrylin for about 2 years, I was identified with hypertension. Hemotologist healing me did not ascribe the high body-fluid force to the pharmaceutical but after getting a second attitude was notified that it does in detail origin hypertension. When I swapped back to hydrea, my high body-fluid force went back to normal. In supplement to the hypertension, I had irregular heart beats, critical headaches, and enlarging of my ankles. Feel much better since I was taken off and returned to hydrea which started to work afresh after being off for 2 years.

Reason for using: ET.Side Effects: Headaches in the starting until dividing up my doses to two times a day; heart palpitations still.MUCH MUCH better than Interferon!!

Reason for using: Essential thrombocytosis.Side Effects: Hypertension, heart palpatations, diarrheaI had to glimpse 5 distinct hematologists over the course of 5 years before my present one took me off of it. The preceding ones asserted that the medication did not origin my hypertension, but when I was taken off of it, the hypertension resolved.
