Works large to halt disquiet and fright attacks. I take the reduced dose 0.5 mg tablet only when needed. However, after utilising it rarely for 2 years, I seem I am a little strongly felt reliant on it. If I'm out of these tablets, I seem nervous. I would suggest utilising this tablet only when in fright or disquiet and furthermore discovering other contending schemes, for example normal workout, meditation, self-talk, yoga, home wares & artwork or certain thing joy & creative, or a resting bubble bath!!!
