I have a very perceptive stomach so I had to wean myself on by taking only 1/2 a tablet with food. This still initiated diarrhea. It took me about 3 months to get up to full dosage but after about 4 months I had no agony in my right leg but still some in my left leg but this permits me to stroll more.
