Reason for using: Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis.Side Effects: Severe fatigue at 9 tablets per day.For a pharmaceutical renowned for its need of side effects, be very cautious at higher doses. I had been taking 6 per day for about 6 years and not ever recognized how lethargic it was making me feel. When the Dr. expanded the dosage to nine per day, I could scarcely function. Without it, my liver enzymes proceed off the journal, so for now I take four per day which is tolerable.

I was dx PBC-Stage 2 Feb 08 and begun URSO. I was dispatched to Baylor a couple of weeks subsequent and their checks demonstrated I had a contradictory AMA!
