    I take 3 before a serving of food and it has actually helped. Two tablets was not enough. My only anxiety is the allowance taken for a entire day. Can get costly and I'm wanting it is absolutely safe

    I took 2 tablets before evening meal and my stomach was large after the serving of food, no gas whatsoever. Intestines sensed large, but I observed I was very painful on the couch, restless. Feeling was alike to RLS, edgy leg syndrome, but all over my body. Lasted about 2 hours then feeling went away.
