It's MUCH more befitting than taking Atrovent multiple times/day & I've been taking it every day since soon after FDA acceptance in 2004. Very productive, long-lasting med which is cooperative for COPD patients especially. Side consequences are attractive gentle (at smallest for me). It may be initating somewhat increased relaxing heart rate, but else haven't observed side effects as long as I take it in the forenoon (believe it might hold me aroused if I took it in the night instead). Have proposed they make the capsule completely or partially clear so patients can glimpse the dust in the capsule before they take their med & no dust after they've taken their med. BI (manufacturer) states they'll address the proposal, which has been applied in some other countries.

My medical practitioner prescribed this for chronic bronchitis and it actually does help with the congested feeling but after a month I observed that my body-fluid force was gradually going up and I had not less than half of the "rare side effects" so I ceased the drug. Probably large for more grave respiring difficulties than mine but in my case not worth the side effects.
