I have been taking Phendimetrazine 35mg 1 tablet then expanded over a 2 month period to, 2 tablets 3x a day for about 4 months. I have been on bontril 105 for 2 weeks today, and have currently lost 10.3lbs. I furthermore excersice 45 in addition to minutes everyday and pursue the nourishment pamplet the dr provided me. I do have a free day on Sunday though. I have not had any awful side effects or dozing poblrms except the first 2 nights. I am designing to loose not less than 40 more lbs and then disembark the tablets and extend exercising to help me hold it off.

I have not ever been somebody who takes medication so this is very hard for me but the outcomes are on the scale.
