The doctor's directions were to take 1-2-or 3 tablets at bedtime for cervical pain. I endeavoured 3 on 3 distinct evenings and, regrettably, had wholeheartedly no agony relief. Been on fentanyl patches for 3+ years now. Wear 2 50mcg patches. Recently begun on Opana er 20mg two times a day and only wearing 1 patch altered every 48 hours. Pain grade has gone up somewhat but furthermore side effects from the patch have declined which to me for now is a agreeable trade off. Breakthrough agony happens earlier, but have not endeavoured the higher dosage yet. Have rather increased anticipations to arrive off patches by end of the year.
