I am a very fit and hardworking 60 year old man. My every week usual engages a large deal of very strenuous cardiovascular exercise. I've been taking this pharmaceutical for nearly 10 years for hereditary absolutely vital hypertension. Occasional (transient) dizziness while strolling in mornings (exercise)Postural hypotension (PH)not reassured by decreasing dosage to 5mg two times daily.
