I am caregiver for my 88-yr-old m-in-law. She has an arterial ulcer on the bunion of her left foot. This is the second time it has flared up, and we started at one time to debride with Accuzyme. We are utilising the topical ointment and altering the getting dressed daily. The necrotic tissue round the wound sloughs away clean, and the tissue below is pink and healthy.
