I have ulcerative colitis and when I have a foremost flare-up, my medical practitioner prescribes this for me. A couple of of years before, I had a grave flare-up and was granted a large dosage. I get that awful hack two times a year along with my top respiratory contamination (including sinus infection), and no antibiotic worked so far (tried couple of distinct ones). My only respite was conveyed by Prednisone treatment. Although, I am a individual who does not take medicines just for any thing, I was very open to prednisone.

I have had a painful throat for a week. I went to the medical practitioner with a high temperature, body throbbing, and painful throat. He provided me a strep check and it was negative. Anti-biotics did not work because it is viral and not bacterial. I begun feeling better in a couple of days and then my painful throat swapped from my right edge to left edge and was poorer than before with no high temperature or body aches. Went back to medical practitioner 6 days later. Was granted another strep check and mono check, both contradictory, Doctor put me on prednisone and painful throat went away inside 9 hours. Feeling much better.

NOTHING prescribed by my Dermotoligist has even affected this disease. Prednisone is the first and only thing that has granted me relief. However my medical practitioner is careful and will only prescribe one around of use. Once it is ceased, the status comes back full force.

My medical practitioner prescribed this to help with my ulcerative colitis. It has decisively assisted and now I'm step-by-step going off of it. I too skilled a large-scale acne breakout after beginning on prednisone. I sensed like I was in high school again!! However, I'd rather have the breakouts then the side effects of ulcerative colitis.

I just took my first dose of this medication today and currently I can stroll up and down the steps of my dwelling, certain thing I have not been adept to do for months, due to the enlarging in my feet. What a relief!

It halted the hack and wheezing. I was on 20mg to start and then slash back to 10 mg and then 5mg. I've not had any thing work as well.
