Although I have only been on Kaletra for a short time, side effects have been minimal. The one time every day dosage is very simple to obey with. Being adept to take the tablets with or without nourishment is furthermore convenient.

Had been on Kaletra and Truvada combo for 6 years. Minus gastro difficulties it worked well. My Cholesterol has been increasing gradually and lately and my dr determined to swap me to Reyataz/Norvir/Truvada.
