Since I have been taking this medication my last 2 skeletal part marrow checks have arrive back negative. The checks are not displaying any find of the CML.

When I first begun utilising it I was ill and chucked up a lot.My eyes are red and habitually gaze funny. Some enlarging and many of diarhea.Lots of throbbing and pains and reduced power level. The pharmaceutical is employed for me though and I am in remission now and doing much better.

I've been on Gleevec since Jan, 2002. Been in molecular remission for a couple of years now. Most of the side effects arrive and proceed whereas I have a HUGE topic with sinew cramps/spams in my extremeties. There are times I can't even signal my title because my appendages cramp so much. Consdiering the alternate, I'll reside with the cramping!

gleevec works actually well at holding my white enumerate incontroll, but I have 9 side effects, some I have to take othere medications for, some i just bear through.

I have been on Gleevec for nearly 2 years now, and am in entire remission. It took a bit longer for me to accomplish this, but one time I did I have resided there. Few side effects--nausea if I take it without nourishment, diarrhea, some throbbing skeletal parts, but usually I work full time, be careful of my family and lift my boys. Life is Sweet with this drug--I can't express gratitude Dr Druker sufficient for creating it.

Gleevec has been a miracle pharmaceutical for me, the side effects are negligible when you address the conclusion, if you don't take it. Thanks very much to the inventer of this medication.

I am so thankful for Gleevec! I did have some side-effects but former to Gleevec, taking interferon and hydroxyurea directed to much more critical side effects. I had throbbing limbs, and I now have a skin reddening/rash--like rosacea on my cheeks and my top arms are reddish--like a gentle sunburn. I have tummy matters now--gurgling, diarrhea, cramping, etc., but they are effortlessly organised with imodium. Gleevec has expanded my survival and I had the respect of gathering Dr Druker who evolved the pharmaceutical, at Oregon Health and Science University. He was wholeheartedly magnificent as was the care I obtained there.

after a year and a half of taking this surgery @ 400 mg per day I am now in remission.this surgery works very well but is furthermore very expensive.that is the only awful thing about it.i have to take it for not less than 2 more years so I am wanting the cost will arrive down.this is too costly $3500.00 for 30 tablets.my children have missed out on alot because all my cash proceeds to the surgery but I am still living express gratitude you jesus
