I begun Flaxseed oil to clear my acne....IT WORKS because my acne is hormonal. Yet, whereas I have a clear face now...I am experiencing absurd depression. I believe the oils are re-organizing my hormonal make up and I am feeling some side effects that I am not certain I desire to feel. I have endeavoured numerous choices for acne for years and I am a permitted Aesthetician. It actually works for hormonal acne but watch out for the depression. I believe this is called a Omega 6 deficiency reaction. I need to take some Omega 6 to balance this all out.
