It did origin a bowel action one time a day. The bloating was so critical I had to discontinue. In this case, the risk of utilising Enulose really did outweigh the benefit. Not worth taking and being sad all day. I do not suggest this medication to anyone.

I am quadriplegic and take Enulose for constipation. It works for me but does origin cramping and gas. This was my alternate to colostomy. In supplement I use Dulcolax suppositories--prescribed by my physician.
