Lactulose is a very good laxative. If taken in a dosage of 1 or 2 tablespoons with morning meal, the outcomes are generally inside 4 hours. Lactulose is the only wholesome laxative. It rises the good pathogens in the intestine. I can be taken every day for years as a remedy for chronic constipation. There is no misuse potential. It can be taken by young kids, mature persons and seniors.
